Our labor laws haven’t kept pace with our changing workforce.  It’s time we started better valuing our working families with family-friendly workplace policies.

That’s why the NC Paid Sick Days Campaign is working with policymakers, organizations, and individuals to pass the NC Healthy Families, Healthy Workplaces Act, which would provide workers in North Carolina with up to seven paid sick days annually.

But we need YOUR help.  Get Involved!
